As a social enterprise with charitable objectives, Mytime Active invests in a range of projects and services to meet the needs of their diverse local communities. Improving the wellbeing of their customers and their communities through well managed, accessible and good value leisure, golf and health services is at the heart of what they do. They believe everyone has the right to a healthy lifestyle, and they want people to feel the best they can, to ‘feel amazing’.
Mytime Active had a requirement for several key manager level roles to be filled in a short space of time, in order to fulfil their growth aspirations. The HR team had to continue to focus on a high volume of roles needed to support their growing teams on the ground. After discussing the challenge with the team, we agreed that the solution would be a short term RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource). This needed to be delivered in a timely manner to ensure these key roles were filled.
Talent Gateway conducted an RPO project to recruit for a number of key roles in the Health and Golf Division including Facilities Manager, Divisional Head, Service Managers and a Programme Manager within a four-month time frame. The process was completely outsourced, which meant that Talent Gateway, took on the recruitment from receiving job descriptions and understanding the role from the line managers involved, through to placement and all the support needed by both Mytime Active and respective candidates throughout. This involved working closely with the recruiting Managers to understand their requirements and the dynamics in their existing team. We continue to work with Mytime Active and our relationship has gone from strength to strength.
