Marketing Manager – Financial Services

This is a rare opportunity to work in a growing marketing team within a challenger bank. There is lots of opportunity to further develop your marketing skills and experience within a small growing team. This is a broad multi channel marketing role where no two days will be the same. As the marketing manager, you will create, implement and measure your campaigns and work at pace.

As the marketing manager you will:

  • track and analyse the performance of your campaigns
  • have budget responsibility
  • manage website content
  • manage multi channel campaigns across events, PR and communications
  • manage POS

We are looking for an all round marketer who is motivated to develop and own the success of multiple campaigns at any one time. You will have a positive attitude to learn and develop and have experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers.
