Live the life of your dreams is a day dedicated to YOU.
It will involve looking at all aspects of your life as it is now. You will reflect on your values. You will then spend time looking to the future and exploring your dreams. For some it might involve making minor changes to improve an already pretty fulfilled life. For others, big strides must be taken and a plan of action will be developed.
Life is to be lived and every moment is precious. During the course of the day we will spend time looking at the following areas of focus:
- Wheel of life
- Imagine you are 80!
- A compelling vision
- Confidence and Image
- How are you perceived?
- Health and Wellbeing
- Career and Finance
- Goals and Actions
- Lessons I have learnt in life
You will commit to actions and set goals for the future. The day will be highly interactive.
Lunch and refreshments are included in the day rate.
Cost: £300 per attendee
Time: 9.30am to 3.15pm
Date: Tuesday 29th April
The course will be run by Sheila Thomas:
How does Sheila describe herself?
I was born in London and moved to Co. Kerry, Ireland when I was eleven for ten years. Went to a secondary school and then to university in Ireland and gained a business studies degree. I played basketball for Ireland during my secondary school. Returned to my beloved London in 1987 and worked in the city for twenty years as an HR professional and management consultant mostly in investment banking. I worked for Morgan Stanley, RBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, ING Barings, PwC and other blue chips. I gained an Executive MBA from Cranfield University in 1997 and a Diploma in Coaching Practice in 2006. I recently wrote a children’s book called We Can Do Anything for 7-11 year olds on coaching techniques and goal setting (available on Amazon). I have been working at Village Vet for the last 4.5 years and absolutely love the environment as it is dynamic, has high standards and the staff are extremely caring. I am happily single but still receptive if the right man comes along! I have travelled to thirty five countries – my favourite is Hong Kong. Luckily I got to travel by concorde during my time in the city. I live in Whetstone North London with two male lodgers. I really enjoy coaching and can see vast improvements in those that are receptive to change. I thoroughly enjoy trying out new restaurants with friends and socialising. I was a Committee Member for the Finchley NSPCC for 14 years. I have a wide circle of friends and think we are very lucky to live in the best city in the world, London.
