Our client are a district council on a transformational journey both culturally and digitally. They have a mission to provide personalised services to the community they serve and to maximise the value they create through the services they offer. They need to expand their commercial capabilities within their organisation and wanted to attract talent in a different way than they had done previously.
We worked with them to create a returners programme which enables individuals who have taken career breaks to return to work. These individuals have often held senior level positions in commercially driven roles and had chosen to take a career break for various reasons. We created, implemented and managed the program and have successfully placed a number of individuals into the council whom went on into permanent roles within the organisation. We successfully placed a Returner into a Commercial Manager role.
